Images and other contributed works must not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, republished, used commercially or otherwise used by any third party without the express permission of the copyright owner.

By uploading images or other content, you grant SheClicks and Squeezy Media Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display, publish and use that material for the operation, administration and promotion of SheClicks and related activities.

Where reasonably possible, image use by SheClicks for promotional purposes will include credit to the photographer.

You must not reproduce in any format (including on another website) any part of our site (including content, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent.

If, in our opinion, you are in breach of these provisions, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must either return or destroy (as required by us) any copies of the materials you have made.

RELIANCE ON INFORMATION AND LINKS

You retain ownership and copyright of any material that you upload to the SheClicks website, SheClicks Challenge, SheClicks Connect or any related SheClicks platform.

By uploading material, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to upload, share and grant the rights set out in these terms.

By uploading images or other content, you grant SheClicks and Squeezy Media Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, publish and use that material for the operation, administration and promotion of SheClicks and related activities. This licence does not transfer ownership of the material.

Where images are submitted to the SheClicks Challenge, Project to Print, exhibitions, competitions, galleries, features, publications or other SheClicks initiatives, contributors grant SheClicks and Squeezy Media Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those images in connection with those activities and related promotion.

This may include, but is not limited to, use in online galleries, exhibitions, printed displays, books, magazines, newsletters, presentations, social media, promotional materials, partner activities and future SheClicks community projects.

Where images are used by SheClicks, photographers will be credited wherever reasonably possible.

Images and other contributed works must not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, republished, used commercially or otherwise used by third parties without the express permission of the copyright owner.

We will not sell contributor images or license them to third parties without the permission of the copyright owner.

Any commercial use of contributor images by third parties will require the photographer’s permission unless explicitly agreed otherwise by the photographer.

If any third party claims that material posted or uploaded by you violates their intellectual property rights or right to privacy, we have the right to disclose your identity to them.

We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of materials posted by you or any other user of our site.

VIRUSES, HACKING AND OTHER OFFENSES
