Saturday 7th September, 2024

Instax and street photography at Fujifilm House of Photography, 8-9 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 9LH
11:15-16:00 (approx end) Saturday, 7th September, 2024

Please bring your camera and lenses (for street photography).

This is an opportunity to see the Challenge Accepted: A SheClicks Collection (the SheClicks exhibition) at the Fujifilm House of Photography, meet other SheClickers and use some of the latest Fujifilm Instax kit. It's also a great time to get an image for the September Challenge and maybe score a bonus feature!

We will meet at the exhibition on the first floor of the House of Photography, spend some time looking at the images, then pick up the Instax kit and head outside. We will break for lunch, do a bit more photography, and then return to the HOP to hand in the kit and look at our images from the day. Timings will be flexible depending on crowds around Covent Garden and food/drink demands.

Saturday 14th September, 2024

Multiple Exposure Workshop at Fujifilm House of Photography, 8-9 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 9LH
11:15-16:00 Saturday, 14th September, 2024

UPDATE: There will be 10 X-T3 cameras for people to try, so we may need to pass them around if more want to experience using a Fujifilm camera with traditional exposure controls.

Approximate Timings:
11:15 Viewing the exhibition
12:00 Presentation by Janina with demo and Q&A
12:45 - 13:30 Lunch (there's a Pret near the HOP if required) we can eat at the House of Photography
13:30 - 16:00 Photowalk shooting multiple exposures
16:00 Return to HOP to discuss images etc
16:30 Finish

This will be an opportunity to see the Challenge Accepted: A SheClicks Collection (the SheClicks exhibition) at the Fujifilm House of Photography, meet other SheClickers and attend a workshop about multiple exposure photography with Janina Wilde.

Please bring a few memory cards if you have more than one, plus your own camera and lenses, as you may not be able to use the Fujifilm cameras all the time.

Janina will explain in-camera multiple-exposure photography and how to do it before we head out to take photographs. We will break for lunch at a cafe or buy sandwiches (or you can bring your own lunch), and then we well do some more photography before heading back to the HOP.

Please email angela@sheclicks.net to reserve a place. First-come-first-served.
