Saturday 8th - Tuesday 11th March, 2025: The Photography and Video Show (Stand C66)
SheClicks Exhibition, Awards, Talks and More at The Photography and Video Show: Stand C66
SheClicks is at The Photography and Video Show at ExCel London from 8th to 11th March, 2025. We have a stand (C66) where there will be daily talks, and an exhibition of some of the images from our 2024 photography challenges.
Thanks to Fujifilm we will have an Instax printer so we can decorate our stand with as many prints of SheClickers as possible. Plus, there’s a Leica Q2 camera up for grabs from MPB in a free-to-enter competition.

SheClicks Badges and Tote Bags
As usual at The Photography and Video Show, we will give away SheClicks badges on our stand. Also, every day, we have 50 SheClicks tote bags to give to the first 50 SheClickers on the stand.

Saturday 8th March (International Women’s Day)
10:20-11:10: Fujifilm School Stage: Janina Wilde Mulitple Exposure Photography
Whether you are new to multiple exposure photography or an experienced shooter, pop along to the Fujifilm School Stage to hear Janina explain her approach and share inspirational images. She will cover in-camera multiple exposure techniques, how to get started and keep developing.
12:00-13:00: Fundamentals Stage: Turning Pro Panel
Angela Nicholson will be chairing a discussion panel with Emma Finch, Janina Wilde and Philippa Huber. They will talk about their experiences of turning photography into a profession, giving tips and advice. There will be a Q&A session at the end, but you can also email questions before the event to angela@sheclicks.net.
13:00-13:30: SheClicks Stand (C66) Helen Trust ‘My Little Squares’
Helen Trust will be talking about how and why she shoots her wonderfully calming square images.
14:00-14:30: Photo Live Stage SheClicks Awards Sponsored by MPB
Come along at 14:00 on Saturday, 8th March to discover the winners of our 2025 Awards. The Awards are bestowed upon the best kit announced in 2024, and acknowledge great customer service as well as the most outstanding achievement by a female photographer. This year, our Awards are sponsored by MPB, the world's biggest online platform for buying and selling used photography and videography equipment.
Following our charity print sale, we will also present a cheque to the Disabled Photographers’ Society.
15:15-16:15: Sony Stand Portrait Perfection
Angela Nicholson will be hosting a panel discussion with Kate Kirkman and Hannah Couzens. Kate and Hannah will show some of their images and discuss how they found their style, explaining the techniques and kit they use. There will be a Q&A session at the end, but you can also email questions before the event toangela@sheclicks.net.
16:30-17:00: SheClicks stand Carmen Drake ‘My Journey with SheClicks’
Carmen Drake will talk about her experiences as a SheClicker, what she has learned and the benefits of being part of the community.
17:00 Saturday 8th March: Drinks Reception at the SheClicks Exhibition
Join us at the exhibition immediately after the show closes for a glass of fizz to celebrate the fabulous SheClicks exhibition.
Sunday 9th March
10:00-10:45 Sony Stand SheClicks Exclusive
Kate Kirkman will demonstrate the potential uses of Pre-capture mode and high frame rates that you may not have considered. There will be an opportunity to get hands-on with the kit for some food photography.
11:30-12:00: SheClicks Stand Charlotte Bellamy ‘Finding Beauty on Your Doorstep’
Charlotte Bellamy discusses the photographic opportunities that are so close to home that you may miss them.
14:00-14:30: SheClicks Stand Janina Wilde ‘Multiple Exposures the Wilde Way’
Janina Wilde will talk about why she loves multiple-exposure photography and how you can get started with this exciting genre.
15:00-15:30 SheClicks Stand Sarah Williams-Longes ‘Embracing Change In Life And Art’
Sarah Williams-Longes will talk about how she found her creative outlet after disability prevented her from painting. She has tips for anyone wanting to explore image-editing.
15:45- : Creator Stage LCE Photographer of the Year Awards Presentation
Head to the Creator Stage to cheer on any SheClicker in the running for an award.
Monday 10th March
12:00-12:30 SheClicks Stand Rachel McNulty ‘Finding My Niche - Discovering Bottlescapes’
Rachel McNulty will talk about how she discovered her ‘bottlescape’ images and how she shoots them in her home to create images that look like landscapes.
14:00-14:30 SheClicks Stand Wendy G Davies ‘Capturing Everyday Life on the Streets’
Wendy G Davies loves street photography, and you’ll want to give it a try, too, following her talk about how and why she got into it.
Tuesday 11th March
14:00-14:30 SheClicks Stand Paula Wilks “Discovering Your Creativity’
Paula Wilks explains how she found her niche in photography and gives some tips for finding your creative niche.
15:00-15:45 Eizo Stand Angela Nicholson ‘Meet and Greet’
Join Angela on the Eizo stand to chat with her and the Eizo team, who can answer any questions you may have about the company’s monitors.

Meet-up in Port Sunlight, UK
10:00-15:00 Sunday 16th March, 2025
This meet-up is hosted by Tina Hogg. Please meet her in the car park at the front of Lady Lever Gallery, Port Sunlight, Wirral, CH62 5EQ. The photographic opportunities include architecture, street and flowers/gardens.
There's no entry fee and there’s a convenient cafe for lunch.

Meet-up at Chester Zoo, UK

This meet-up is hosted by Jules Hill. Please meet her outside the main entrance at 09:30, ready to go in when the Zoo opens at 10:00.
Standard entry (without membership) costs £38. There are cafes available for lunch.

No meet-up in your area?
Why not host a meet-up? Hosting a meet-up is easy. Just decide where you would like to photograph, pick a date and time, and then email Angela to receive a form to complete to let her know the details. Then all you need to do is be there at the appointed time.
Locations with good transport links, easy access to toilets and a convenient place for tea/coffee, snacks and/or lunch are usually favoured.
