Eligibility for SheClicks Connect Membership and Subscriptions
Women Only Community
SheClicks Connect is a community created specifically for female photographers and is open only to women and people who identify as women.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or participating in SheClicks Connect, members confirm that they meet this eligibility requirement.
If SheClicks reasonably believes that a member does not meet this requirement, SheClicks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to SheClicks Connect immediately and remove any associated account, content or membership access.
Where membership is removed because the eligibility requirements have not been met, no refund will be provided for any subscription fees already paid.
Minimum Age Requirement
SheClicks Connect is only available to individuals aged 18 years or over.
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, members confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
If SheClicks discovers that a member is under the age of 18, their account and access to SheClicks Connect may be removed immediately. Any subscription fees paid will not be refunded.
Right to Remove Access
SheClicks reserves the right to suspend or remove access to SheClicks Connect where members do not meet the eligibility requirements, provide false information, breach these Terms, or act in a way that is inconsistent with the purpose, values, safety or supportive environment of the community.
Subscription Eligibility Confirmation
By purchasing a SheClicks Connect subscription, members confirm that they:
- Are aged 18 years or over
- Are a woman or identify as a woman
- Meet the eligibility requirements for membership of SheClicks Connect
Membership is limited to eligible members only. Subscription fees are non-refundable where access is removed because eligibility requirements have not been met.
